  Flights:

World Class Kayak Academy - Heli Trip New Zealand

For 2011 Summer Sessions, families should consider flying their son or daughter into the airports listed. Arrivals should be scheduled  between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 pm, if possible. Likewise departures should be scheduled between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Alternative dates are gladly accommodated, but airport pick-up charges may apply for off route logistics. Students can also be dropped off and picked up in the respective cities or locations if driving to and from a Session. Please contact us with questions, we are happy to help and can also recommend our regular travel agent, who is familiar with kayak friendly airlines. Once a booking is made, we request that the itinerary be forwarded so we can make the necessary arrangements. Students are also advised to travel with contact phone numbers in hand, in the event a flight is changed or delayed.

Session Costs:

World Class has no hidden costs or required purchases.  Summer Session fees cover all of the necessities for students and alternative dates may be arranged at a pro-rated rate.  Necessities include scheduled airport pick-ups, transportation to and from paddling locations, food, lodging, and group entertainment.  Transportation costs (for both students and gear/kayaks) to get to and from the Session are not included.  Equipment rentals, treats and/or off-day airport pickups are not covered by session fees however our staff looks forward to working with you to find the most cost effective solutions.
